We wish to inform that in 6th COC meeting of Unitech International Ltd the RP appraised the COC members that Form-G inviting EOIs from the PRAs had been published on 17.01.2026 in accordance with Regulation 36A of IBBI(CIRP) Regulations 2016 and in order to address certain queries received from the PRAs and to ensure value maximization an Addendum to Form-G was placed before the COC. The COC approved the issuance of the said Addendum to Form-G with 100% votes. This Disclosure is being made in compliance with the aforesaid provisions kindly take note.",
