Borrowing of Funds from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited The Board has approved the proposal for availing a financial facility from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited amounting to ?1 83 90000 (Rupees One Crore Eighty-Three Lakh Ninety Thousand Only) and Axis Bank Ltd amounting to not more than ?20000000 (Rupees Two Crore Only) on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed between the Company. 2. Investment in Subsidiary Company - DFC Milesix Private Limited (To be incorporated) The Board has approved making an investment in DFC Milesix Private Limited a subsidiary of Dhillon Freight Carriers Limited for the purpose of subscribing to its share capital and supporting business expansion.
