Further the Board of Directors accorded its in-principle approval to the proposed merger of Amrutha Estate Pvt Ltd (AEPL) with the Company and to initiate the process for the same viz. undertaking due diligence appointing Valuers Merchant Banker(s) other professionals preparation of draft scheme etc. which would be subject to all applicable approvals procedures formalities and compliances. It is clarified that no formal merger scheme has been approved at this juncture by the Board of Directors of the Company. Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2:00 P.M and concluded at 3:55 P.M.
